Additionally, in case an interested party sends us his/her curriculum vitae and other data, his/her data will be processed for the purpose of being able to participate in current and/or future job selection processes of SEALPATH, being in this case the consent given the legal basis that legitimises such treatment. The person who sends his or her data or other documents by the above-mentioned means manifests and guarantees that all the information provided is true, correct and complete, is up to date and that it refers to him or her. The sending of personal data concerning third persons, minors or incapable persons is inadmissible.
Likewise, if a user decides to register for any of the webinars that SEALPATH organises, his or her data will be processed so that we can manage his or her registration and participation in the same, in which case the consent given is the legal basis that legitimises the aforementioned processing.
In the event that a user decides to sign up for our newsletter, he or she is expressly authorizing SEALPATH to send him or her commercial communications about upcoming webinars, new features and articles of interest, in which case the consent given for this purpose is the legal basis for such processing. The above is without prejudice to the right that SEALPATH has to send commercial communications to Clients about products or services similar to those previously contracted, based on their own legitimate interest in terms of marketing. However, concerning the above, the user will be entitled to object to receiving commercial communications, according to the terms provided by law.

Retention

In relation to the processing concerning commercial aims (subscription to newsletter and sending of commercial communications), the data will be retained indefinitely, without prejudice to the right that the users have to oppose the above at any time, pursuant to the applicable laws.
However, we preliminarily inform you that the data may be retained for an additional period of time, until expiry of the possible legal responsibility that could be derived. Until such time, the data will remain duly blocked and will not be used for any other purpose than that indicated.
